Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe comes from the mixed race family of South London in England. She has a father who is Nigerian and Swiss and her mom is English. Her family was raised in an estate in South London council estate, and when she was 14, attended The Brit School. In London, she studied at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in which her acting diploma was earned. As a student at the academy was when she performed in various stage productions including the King Henry V as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe's acting career began with Storm Damage. Since then she's made guest appearances in films like Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film role was Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), opposite Colin Farrell. In the following year, she played Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally she was a part of Trexx as Ollie and six episodes in Flipside. In 2008 she landed Bambi's role on ITV2 Drama Series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. She appeared in the series 2 and 3. Madekwe appeared in the comedy How to Lose Friends and to annoy people (2008). Her credits in theatre are Little Sweet Thing or Roy Williams as well as Flight Path of David Watson.
Madekwe made her official US debut on the drama series The Beautiful Life, which was only broadcast on The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Davenport was her role in ABC's drama Revenge. In May of 2013, it was announced that Madekwe, who appeared on the show as a series regular for the past two seasons, would be leaving the show after a guest-appearance in the first episode of the season's new episode. The actress played Tituba in the TV program Salem from 2014 to. Then, in June of 2012 Madekwe got married to her long-time partner, actor Iddo Goldberg. Alongside Secret Diary of a Call Girl they also appeared in tandem on Salem and he had a part alongside her in that show.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress, was born into a huge family living in Hamilton, Ontario. Her parents were Roy and Patty and four older brothers, Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. The four brothers of Ashley, each of them extremely active, took part in hockey in the winter months and played baseball in the summer, so that she grew up playing in baseball and arenas. Ashley did not walk, but she did dance, so at the age of just two years old, she started Baby Ballet -and she fell in love. Ashley discovered a love for dancing after she started Baby Ballet. Ashley was a professional dancer throughout the various categories until the time she graduated from high school. She competed in jazz, tap, ballet as well as pointe and acrobatics. Additionally, she was awarded the top awards for soloists in every important dance competitions like the International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, among others.
