Scarlett Johansson is an American singer and actress who was born in NYC, New York on November 22 the 22nd of November, 1984. Her acting has earned an acclaim in a diverse spectrum of genres such as period dramas as well as action and thrillers. Johansson, the daughter of an architect and a producer, was raised as a child in New York City. She and her twin brother Hunter were the youngest siblings of four. At the age of seven years old, her love of acting was growing. She began to audition for commercials. To enhance her abilities, she studied at an acting class at Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Manhattan as well as the Professional Children's School. She made her debut as an actor in the film North (1994) aged nine. She was just eight when she appeared with Ethan Hawke on Off-Broadway in Sophistry. Johansson later appeared in Just Cause (1995), her debut occurred through Manny & Lo a coming of age film about sisters fleeing. The film received praise for her performance as a teenager who has been injured in a horrific accident in The Horse Whisperer (1998) and she gained further attention for her role as the cynical teenage who is a solitary Rebecca on the set of Ghost World (2001). Renee Felice Smith started her professional career in entertainment at a young age. Smith was drawn to acting as a young child. Smith found her first role acting at the age of 6 years old, thanks to her parents. Smith created a commercial for Dannon. Like many actresses who are new choose to pursue, she decided to build her talents in the theatre. As she worked on other productions in the USA she also made her theatrical debut in Wildflower. She was a graduate of the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
